Heard Sri Bobbili Srinivas, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant/ petitioner and Sri Gadi Praveen Kumar, learned Deputy Solicitor General of I ndia appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3.

2. The present writ appeal is preferred aggrieved by the order of this Court dated 29.04.2025 passed in W.P.

No.13460 of 2025.

3. The impugned order dated 29.04.2025 passed in W.P.No.13460 of 2025 is extracted hereunder:

“Notice before admission.

Post on 01-07-2025.

In the meantime, both shall maintain the status quo until the next date of hearing.”
