THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE J. SREENIVAS RAO CRIMINAL PETITION Nos. 6394 & 6395 OF 2025

COMMON ORDER:

These two criminal petitions are filed by the petitioners/A9 and A1 respectively invoking the provisions of Section 482 of BNSS for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.185 of 2025 on the file of Medak Town Police Station, Medak, registered for the offence under Sections 118(1), 351(2) 144(2) read with Section

3(5) of BNS.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 24.04.2025, the complainant lodged a complaint with Medak Police stating that on 23.04.2025, both the parties quarreled with each other regarding his sister-in-law’s issue and in that connection, the petitioners herein along with others with an intention to kill complainant’s father attacked him with sticks and stones. In the said attack, the complainant’s father received grievous injuries to his head and is undergoing treatment in Sufi Hospital. Basing on the same, the present complaint is filed.
