ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under Sections 480 and 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking regular bail in Crime No.412 of 2025 on the file of Petbasheerabad Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 69 and 108 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS).

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 10.03.2025, the de facto complainant filed a complaint stating that his sister Miss. K. Priyanka, who is working in the purchase department of Dicel Pharma, Shamirpet, fell in love with one B. Ravi Kumar, the petitioner herein, who is working in the same company. The petitioner made promise that he will marry her and had physical relationship with her number of times. When the petitioner informed the sister of the de facto complainant that his parents are not accepting her, a quarrel took place between them on

09.03.2025 and 10.03.2025 and thereafter due to the severe mental agony, the deceased committed suicide by hanging herself to ceiling fan in her hostel. Basing on the same, the present crime has been registered.
