ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed alleging that respondent No.7 is obstructing the way of the petitioner and others in the village passing through the road laid down in Sy.Nos.861, 864, 868, 869, 870, 879, 880, 881, 882 and 884 of Peddapur Village by R&B by erecting a gate in between the road.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the photographs filed along with the writ petition to demonstrate that there is a road beyond the gate also. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner and others have made representation to respondents No.2 to 6 on 22.04.2025 and he is seeking a direction to consider the same.

3. Learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development, appearing for respondents No.1 to 4, Sri K. Pradeep Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Gram Panchayat, appearing for respondents No.5 & 6 are also heard.

4. Since there appears to be obstruction by respondent No.7 by erecting a gate in between the road, this Court deems it fit and proper to direct respondents No.1 to 6 to look into the representation submitted by the petitioner as well as others on 22.04.2025 and take appropriate action against the said obstruction in accordance with law within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

6. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
