THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE E.V. VENUGOPAL WRIT PETITION No.11068 OF 2025

O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed under Art 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-

“…to issue a writ order or direction more particularly a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not releasing the amounts for the civil works executed by the petitioner i.e. Infrastructure Development, Mandal Prajaparishat Upper Primary School, (MPUPS) at Ramsampally Village, Andole Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, Under Mana-Ooru Manda Badi scheme, as arbitrary and illegal and violative of Article-14,19(1)g and 21 of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the respondents herein to release the amount of Rs.15,91,795/- with 18% interest from the date of actual due and payment and pass such other order or orders as this Court deems fit in these circumstances of the case....”

2. Learned counsel representing petitioner submits that the petitioner is a registered Class-II, Civil Contractor and he has been executing several Government Contracts for the past several years.

3. He further submits that the Government of Telangana, has announced a programme under Mana Ooru-Mana Badi (MOMB)
