O R D E R:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-
“… to issue a writ, order or direction more one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the illegal action of the 4th respondent in not paying the balance admitted bill amounts of RS.14,47,07,701/- to the petitioner for procurement and supply of Spectacles (reading glasses and Rx Lenses with frames) for distribution in health camps in all districts across State of Telangana under Kanti Velugu programme in pursuance to Tender Notice No.05/TSMSIDC/EQU/Procurement/2022-23 Dt.21.11.2022 issued by the respondents, as illegal, arbitrary and violation of articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to pay the aforesaid admitted bill amounts and pass such other order or orders …”
