ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/A19 under Sections 480 and 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) seeking regular bail in Crime No.180 of 2025 on the file of Chaitanyapuri Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, registered for the offence punishable under Section 143(5) read with Section 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 80, 81 and 87 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 and Section 88 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000.

The case of the prosecution is that on 25.02.2025 at 0930 hours, on receipt of credible information about illegal sale of child by some persons near Prabhath Nagar Colony Park gate, Prabhath Nagar, Uppal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, the Sub-Inspector of Police, Chaitanyapuri Police Station, along with two mediators visited the said place and found three persons under suspicious circumstances and took them into custody.
