ORDER

This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:

“to declare the action of respondent No.2 in not considering the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 08.09.2021, 17.04.2023 and the legal notice dated 17.02.2025 for transfer of the deposited PF Amount of the petitioner from the PF Account No.AP/HYD/43842/06 which was collected from 01.03.2003 to 31.10.2006 to the present PF Account No.AP/HYD/17259340000010023 as illegal and arbitrary and violation of the provisions of EPF Scheme and consequently direct respondent No.2 to transfer the PF Amount of the petitioner collector from 01.03.2003 to 31.10.2006 from the PF Account No.AP/HYD/43842/06 to the present PF Account.”

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Krishna Kishore, learned standing counsel representing Mr.Gadi Praveen Kumar, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India for respondent No.1.
