ORDER:

The present Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents not to effect promotions to the posts of Sub-Inspector (civil) till seniority of the petitioners is rectified pursuant to Lr.C.No.229/E1/2023-1, dated 07.02.2025 of the 2nd respondent.

2. Heard Sri M.V. Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Home for respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Government passed G.O.Rt.No.357, dated 29.04.2025 by accepting the representation of Sri. K. Nageshwar Rao, ASI 1737 of Kothagudem-II Town PS and two others of Zone-IV (Bhadradri) for revising their seniority as per their date of promotion as HCs (Civil), and in view of the said order, direct the respondent authorities to pass appropriate orders.

4. The said submission is not seriously disputed by the learned Government Pleader for respondents.

5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, the respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders pursuant to the G.O.Rt.No.357, dated 29.04.2025 within a period of eight (08)
