2. Heard learned Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 & 2 and Ms.Vanaparthi Vaishali, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.3, and perused the record.

3. The case of the petitioner as set out in the Writ Affidavit in brief is that, a Look Out Circular (LOC) has been opened against him in connection with Cr.No.60/2022 (C.C.No.239/2023), wherein the 2nd respondent sent an e.mail dated 25-11-2024 to petitioner’s employer at United States of America calling for particulars of petitioner for the purpose of investigation process, which action it is contended as illegal, arbitrary, capricious, mala fide and contrary to Section 10 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and also contrary to Circular issued by Government of India dated 11-02-2009. 4. Learned Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 would submit that this Court by order dated 10-12-2024, taking note of the fact that the Non-Bailable Warrants issued against the petitioner have been recalled, the LOC, if any issued against the petitione
