O R D E R
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 6, and with their consent the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing and disposal at admission stage.
2. The case of the petitioner, in brief, is that though the respondents-authorities have registered a case vide Crime No.1056 of 2024 and also filed a charge sheet therein, which was also taken on record by the concerned magistrate vide CC.No.33/2025, the respondents-authorities have not taken any action for issuing Look Out Circular(LOC) against accused Nos.1 & 3 in the aforesaid CC, which action of the respondents it is contended as highly illegal, arbitrary and in dereliction of their official duties.
3. Petitioner further contends that in spite of the petitioner approaching the respondents-authorities by sending a representation on 07.04.2025 through registered post, no action has been taken by opening LOC against the accused in the aforementioned CC, which action of the respondents amounts to violation of fundamental right of the petitioner and as such he is entitled to approach this Court under Arti
