ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned Junior Civil Judge at Zaheerabad to dispose of the I.A.No.78 of

2022 in O.S.No.25 of 2022.

2. The suit vide O.S.No.25 of 2022 is filed for partition and separate possession of immovable property bearing Sy.No.313 to an extent of Ac.03.11 guntas situated at Kavli Village, Kohir Mandal, Sangareddy District. During the pendency of the suit, respondent Nos.1 to 8/plaintiffs filed I.A.No.78 of 2022 to grant interim injunction in favour of plaintiffs.

3. Counter is filed by petitioner herein on 12.04.2024 and from then onwards, I.A. was not disposed of. Therefore, this Court finds that it is just and reasonable to direct the trial Court to dispose of the I.A.No.78 of 2022 in O.S.No.25 of 2022 within two months from the date of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed at the stage of admission. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
