Sri P.S. Rajasekhar, learned Standing Counsel for TGPSC, for the appellant and Ms. B. Rahcana Reddy, learned Senior Counsel represents Sri Mohd. Baseer Riyaz, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 20.

2. Heard on admission.

3. This intra-court appeal is directed against an interlocutory order dated 16.04.2025 in W.P.No.11439 of 2025 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court.

4. Learned Standing Counsel for the appellant fairly submits that the writ petition is listed today before the learned Single Judge at 2:15 P.M.. He submits that the impugned order may be set aside and learned Single Judge may be directed to decide the question of interim relief afresh.

5. The other side raised objection and urged that the matter is already listed today at 2:15 P.M. before the learned Single Judge and the argument for not continuing the impugned order or for its modification can very well be advanced.

6. Since the impugned order is interlocutory in nature which can be modified, nullified, discontinued etc., by the learned Single after hearing both the sides and as the matter is admittedly listed today at 2:15 P.M., we decline interference. However, considering the nature of the matter where entire appointment is directed to be kept in abeyance, we deem it proper, in the interest of justice, to request the learned Single Judge to decide the question of interim relief expeditiously, preferably, before commencement of the ensuing summer vacation.

7. With aforesaid and without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, this Writ Appeal is disposed of Interlocutory applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
