3. This intra-court appeal is directed against an interlocutory order dated 16.04.2025 in W.P.No.11439 of 2025 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court.

4. Learned Standing Counsel for the appellant fairly submits that the writ petition is listed today before the learned Single Judge at 2:15 P.M.. He submits that the impugned order may be set aside and learned Single Judge may be directed to decide the question of interim relief afresh.

5. The other side raised objection and urged that the matter is already listed today at 2:15 P.M. before the learned Single Judge and the argument for not continuing the impugned order or for its modification can very well be advanced.
