O R D E R

In this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction to respondents 2 to 5 to act upon his representations dt.19.11.2024 and 22.11.2024 to restrain the unlawful and illegal layout being laid by respondent No.6 after obtaining permission, vide Lr.ROC.No.3497/256/ 2024/e-Panchayat, dt.12.07.2024, from the authorities by misrepresentation and encroaching into the land of the petitioner and to declare the action of respondents 2 to 5 in not acting upon the representations of the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural justice and to pass such other order or orders.

Brief facts leading to the filing of the present Writ Petition are that the petitioner claims to be the owner and possessor of the land to an extent of Ac.0.28 guntas in Survey No.94/RU/1, Yenkkenpally Village, Pudur Mandal, Vikarabad District having purchased the same under a registered sale deed bearing Document No.379/2023 dt.15.02.2023 from one Smt.
