ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not issuing e-passbook to the petitioner in respect of land to an extent of Ac.0.25 gts., in Sy.No.354/Paiki, situated at Banswada Village and Mandal, Kamareddy District, by updating the revenue records and by cancelling the passbook issued in favour of respondent No.5 for the subject land, despite representations dated 14.08.2023, 22.02.2025, 24.02.2025 and 04.03.2025 submitted by the petitioner, as illegal, arbitrary and for other appropriate reliefs.

2. Considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and with their consent, this writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage.

3. It is stated that the petitioner is the pattadar and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.0.25 gts., in Sy.No.354/Paiki, situated at Banswada Village and Mandal, Kamareddy District, having acquired the same through succession from his father and his name was also mutated in all the revenue records.
