ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for following relief:
“...to issue a Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not considering the F-Line application No.TTDER022501160753 vide Receipt No.AA 40559600, dated 11.04.20245 requesting to conduct the survey and fix up the boundaries of the 1st petitioner is having agricultural lands situated in Sy.No.462/AA/1 to an extent of Ac.13.0400 gts, Sy.No.463/E/2 to an extent of Ac.0.1000 gts, Sy.No.464/E/2 to an extent of Ac.0.0900 gts, Sy.No.465/AA/1 to an extent of Ac.0.0800 gts, the 2nd petitioner in Sy.No.462/AA/4 to an extent of Ac.0.1800 gts, Sy.No.463/E/1 to an extent of Ac.5.1500 gts Sy.No.464/E/4 to an extent of Ac.0.0800gts Sy.No.465/AA/3 to an extent of Ac.0.0900 gts, the 3rd petitioner in Sy.No.462/AA/3 to an extent of Ac.0.1900 gts, Sy.No.463/E/4 to an extent of Ac.0.1100gts, Sy.No.464/E/1 to an extent of Ac.6.0200 gts, Sy.No.465/AA/2 to an extent of Ac.0.0800gts and the 4th petitioner is in Sy.No.462/AA/2 to an extent of Ac.0.1800 gts Sy.No.463/E/3 to an extent of Ac.0.1000gts, Sy.No.464/E/3 to an extent of Ac.0.0800gts, Sy.No.465/AA/2 to an extent of Ac.6.0700gts, situated at Lemoor Village Kandukuru Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, is illegal arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and also violative of Articles 14 19 21 and 300A of Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondents 2 to 4 to conduct the survey and fixed the boundaries of the petitioner agricultural lands basing on the F Line application No.TTDER022501160753 vie Receipt No.AA 40559600 dated
11.04.20245 in the interest of justice and to pass..”
2. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and with their consent this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

It is stated that the petitioner No.1 is the pattadar and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.13.0400 gts., in Sy.No.462/AA/1, Ac.0.1000 gts., in Sy.No.463/E/2, Ac.0.0900 gts., in Sy.No.464/E/2, Ac.0.0800 gts., in Sy.No.465/AA/1; petitioner No.2 is the pattadar and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.0.1800 gts., in Sy.No.462/AA/4, Ac.5.1500 gts., in Sy.No.463/E/1, Ac.0.0800 gts., in Sy.No.464/E/4, Ac.0.0900 gts., in Sy.No.465/AA/3; petitioner No.3 is the pattadar and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.0.1900 gts., in Sy.No.462/AA/3, Ac.0.1100 gts., in Sy.No.463/E/4, Ac.6.0200 gts., in Sy.No.464/E/1, Ac.0.0800 gts., in Sy.No.465/AA/2; petitioner No.4 is the pattadar and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.0.1800 gts., in Sy.No.462/AA/2, Ac.0.1000 gts., in Sy.No.463/E/3, Ac.0.0800 gts., in Sy.No.464/E/3, Ac.6.0700 gts., in Sy.No.465/AA/2, situated at Lemoor Village, Kandukuru Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. It is further stated that the names of the petitioners have been recorded in revenue records and pattadar passbooks have also been issued in respect of the subject property. It is the further stated that due to abnormal increase of the land price, some of the neighbouring land owners have started disturbing the boundaries of the subject land and as such, the petitioners had submitted F-Line application vide No.TTDER022501160753, dated 11.04.2025, by paying requisite fee to conduct survey of the subject lands and fix the boundaries. The grievance of the petitioners is that even after receiving the said F-Line application, the respondent authorities are not conducting survey and fixing the boundaries.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in terms of the circular issued by the Commissioner, Survey, Settlements and Land Records, the respondents are bound to consider the application within 45 days from the date of the application after collecting necessary charges.
