THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SARATH This writ petition is filed questioning the order passed by the respondent No.2 in Rc.No.E/231/2016 (RC.No.D1/2254/2015) dated 24.10.2017 in setting aside the order passed by the respondent No.3 in Appeal No.A/200/2013 dated 25.01.2014 as illegal and arbitrary.
