O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:

“...to issue an appropriate writ orders of direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus by declaring the action the respondents in not receiving processing the application for release of electricity connection to the petitioner property part of house bearing No.256/14/55/A with PTIN 1219986776, admeasuring 150 sq. yards, situated at Chanda Nayak Nagar Tanda, Izzath Nagar, Khanamet village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and consequently direct the respondents to process the application for providing the electricity connection and to release the power supply without further delay and to pass...”
