O R D E R
None appears for the petitioners. Heard learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1, and 3 to 5 and learned Government Pleader for Tribal Welfare appearing for respondent No.2, and perused the record.
2. This Writ Petition is filed assailing the action of respondent Nos. 3 to 5 in not registering FIR on the basis of the complaint of the petitioners dt.26.05.2015, which action of the respondents it is contended as highly illegal and arbitrary.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for official respondents submits that the respondents- authorities on receiving the complaint of the petitioners, have registered a case, vide Crime No.61 of 2015 on the same day i.e. on 26.05.2015.
4. Having regard to the submission made as above, and by the present Writ Petition as the petitioner has assailed the action of the respondents-authorities in not registering FIR, and since, it is now stated before this Court that a case, vide Crime No.61 of 20215 has been registered on the complaint of the petitioners, this Court is of the view that the grievance of the petitioners in the present Writ Petition stands redressed and no further orders are necessary to be passed in this Writ Petition.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
6. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
