This is an Intra-Court appeal preferred by the appellant/writ petitioner aggrieved by the order dated 06.01.2025 passed by a learned Single Judge in W.P.No.33496 of 2024, whereby, a direction was issued to respondent authorities to process the application submitted by respondent Nos.7 to 9 seeking to conduct survey of lands in Sy.Nos.270 and 304 of Ainapur Village, Komaravelly Mandal, Siddipet District.
