ORDER:

The petitioner was appointed as Craft Instructor in the 6^th respondent-School on 27.08.2003, subject to approval of the department authorities. Aggrieved by the non-approval of her selection and appointment w.e.f. 27.08.2003, she had earlier filed W.P.No.9765 of 2005, and this Court allowed the writ petition by Order dated 02.12.2015 directing the authorities to approve her selection w.e.f. 27.08.2003 and pay salary for the period worked in the School. Pursuant thereto, the respondent authorities passed order dated 16.11.2016 by approving her appointment w.e.f. 27.08.2003. While so, the petitioner alleges that though her appointment was ratified (w.e.f. 27.08.2003) by letter dated 16.11.2016, her salary w.e.f. 16.11.2016 has not been released, thereby it is a violation of Articles 14, and 300-A of the Constitution.
