ORDER:

With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage.

2. Heard Sri C.Sai Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 4. Perused the material on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner informed this Court that the petitioner is appointed as a Secondary Grade Teacher in Telugu medium at Nizamabad District vide appointment order dated 09.10.2024 and the same was received from the Hon’ble Chief Minister of the Telangana and the said appointment order was not implemented. Petitioner made several applications before the concerned authorities. As per the 3^rd respondent instructions, one of the letter was addressed by the 4^th respondent to the 2^nd respondent of School Education vide Lr.No.811/B3/2024 dated 05.02.2025 and in view of the letter addressed to the 2^nd respondent, the petitioner requested the 2^nd respondent to kindly arrange for the issuance of the necessary order regarding her appointment.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the petitioner is seeking replacement of another person based on the same letter. Hence, this Court may not pass any orders.

5. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent authorities to consider the letter dated 05.02.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
