ORDER:

With the consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission.

2. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:

“To issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondents in not receiving the application and not releasing the power supply to the petitioner property bearing Plot No.42 (South Eastern Part) admeasuring 258.25 sq.yards (out of 1033 sq.yards) in part of Survey No.11/3, situated at Khanamet village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy district as illegal, null and void, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to release the power supply without being influenced by the instructions of the 5th respondent”.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Energy for respondent No.1, Sri N.Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL for respondent Nos.2 to 4 and Sri G.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for Respondent No.5 and perused the record.
