ORDER:

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition.

2. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the petitioner is not permitted to file any writ petition on the same cause of action before this Court except approaching the competent Civil Court.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
