This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-
“… to issue Writ, order or direction more in the nature of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the Respondent in not according affiliation to the Petitioner Cricket Association as it’s member and not allowing the Petitioner Cricket Association to participate in Cricket Tournaments conducted by the Respondent Association and not granting permission to the Petitioner Cricket Association to conduct free Summer Cricket Coaching, as arbitrary, illegal, unjust, contrary to law and violation of Principles of Natural Justice and violation of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct Respondent Association to accord affiliation to the Petitioner Cricket Association and direct the Respondent Association to allow the Petitioner Cricket Association to play all Cricket Tournaments conducted by the Respondent scheduled to be held in May, 2025 and direct the Respondent Association to grant permission to the Petitioner Cricket Association to conduct free Summer Cricket Coaching, in the interest of justice and pass such ot
