ORDER:

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration appearing for the respondents and perused the entire material on record. With their consent, this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

2. This writ petition is filed by the petitioner declaring the action of the respondent No.2 in refusing to register the sale deed presented by the petitioner for registration by passing refusal order dated 03.03.2025, basing on the Letter No.B/9363/2024, issued by the respondent No.4, dated 30.10.2024 as arbitrary and illegal and consequently declare the Letter No.B/9363/2024, dated 30.10.2024 issued by the respondent No.4 and refusal order dated 28.03.2025 issued by the respondent No.2 as illegal and arbitrary and set aside the same, by following the orders in W.P.No.38 of 2025 and consequently direct the respondent No.2 to register the sale vide deed presented by the petitioner for registration P.No.210 of 2025.
