O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:

“...to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.5 and 6 in non- considering the representation dated 10.02.2025 of the petitioner and non- initiating to disconnect the power connection in respect of House vide H.No.3-9- 56/4/F, Sharada Nagar, Ramanthapur, Hyderabad is highly illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional in violation of Principles of Natural Justice and also in violation of Articles 14, 19 (1) (g), 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India, apart from violation of Electricity Act and consequently direct the respondent No.5 and 6 to consider the representation dated 10.02.2025 of the petitioner and to disconnect the power connection in respect of House vide H.No.3-9-

56/4/F, Sharada Nagar, Ramanthapur, Hyderabad and pass...”
