O R D E R

Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3, and with the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing and disposal at admission stage.

2. Shorn of unnecessary details, the case of the petitioner, in brief, is that though the respondents-authorities have registered a case, vide Cr.No.262/2024, the respondents-authorities have not arrested the accused involved in the aforesaid crime till date and thus, this Court should direct the 2nd respondent to file compliance report by arresting the accused in the aforesaid crime.

3. Petitioner further contends that though the aforesaid crime registered under the provisions of Sections 329(3), 324(4), 352, 351(2) BNS R/w Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(1)(f), 3(1)(g), 3(2)(Va) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (SC/ST Act), 1989 (for short ‘SC/ST Act’), no action has been taken.
