ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to issue direction to the learned Senior Civil Judge, Sangareddy District at Sangareddy in H.M.O.P.No.55 of 2024 to dispose as expeditiously as possible.

2. H.M.O.P.No.55 of 2024 is filed for dissolution of the marriage on the grounds of cruelty and desertion on

06.03.2024. Counter is filed on 15.10.2024.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner stated that petitioner is aged 30 years, if the case is not decided at an early point of time, she will suffer mental agony.

4. Considering the argument of learned counsel for petitioner, the trial Court is directed to proceed with the trial by receiving affidavit and record cross-examination through Advocate Commissioner so that there will be good progress in the trial proceedings and to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is allowed at the stage of admission. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
