ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition is filed to issue direction to the learned Senior Civil Judge, Sangareddy District at Sangareddy in H.M.O.P.No.114 of 2023 to dispose as expeditiously as possible.
2. H.M.O.P.No.114 of 2023 is filed for dissolution of the marriage on the grounds of cruelty and desertion on 06.03.2024. Counter is filed in July 2024. Chief Affidavit is filed in December 2024. So far, the respondent is not getting ready with the cross-examination but still cross-examination of eye witnesses was not done.
3. Learned counsel for petitioner stated that petitioner is aged 31 years and if the case is not decided at an early point of time, he will suffer mental agony.
4. Considering the argument of learned counsel for petitioner, the trial Court is directed to take necessary steps to complete the trial to dispose of the matter at an early point of time.
5. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is allowed at the stage of admission. No costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
