ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to issue direction to the learned Junior Civil Judge, Sangareddy in I.A.No.346 of 2019 in O.S.No.987 of 2022 H.M.O.P.No.114 of 2023 to dispose as expeditiously as possible.

2. Heard both sides. Perused the record.

3. The trial Court granted ad-interim injunction in I.A.No.346 of 2019 on 04.12.2019 and from then onwards the interim injunction was extended from time to time. It is stated that suit is filed for partition and separate possession and in view of bifurcation of the judicial districts, the matter is transferred from Narsapur to Sangareddy and it was renumbered as O.S.No.987 of 2022. During the pendency of the proceedings, petitioner No.2 died and he has no LRs and sole defendant died. In view of pendency of LR application, injunction was not extended, as such petitioner filed the present petition.

4. Considering the argument of learned counsel for petitioner, the trial Court is directed to extend the interim order granted in I.A.No.346 of 2019 and to dispose of the same on merits after disposal of the LR application by duly granting opportunity to both sides.
