This Criminal Petition is filed under Section

482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 by the petitioner/accused No.4, seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Cr.No.678 of 2023 on the file of Bachupally Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offence under Section 306 of Indian Penal Code.

2. No representation on behalf of petitioner.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, by furnishing a copy of written instructions would submit that investigation is completed in this case and charge sheet is filed before the designated criminal Court. Therefore, he seeks to dismiss the Criminal Petition as infructuous.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor and taking the copy of written instructions onto the file, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous granting liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh petition in case the cause survives. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
