ORDER
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4, seeking to quash the charge sheet in S.C.No.276 of 2021 on the file of learned Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Bhadradri Kothagudem District at Bhadrachalam, registered for the offence under Sections 498-A, 313 r/w 109 of IPC, Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
2. No representation on behalf of petitioners.
3. Mr.E.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor by furnishing a copy of e-courts proceedings would submit that cause in the Criminal Petition does not survive as the Sessions Case ended in acquittal before the designated Criminal Court. Hence, he seeks to dismiss the Criminal Petition as infructuous.
4. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
