Heard Mr. R. Lakshmi Narsimha Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner. Despite service of notice, there is no representation on behalf of respondent.

2. This revision is filed under Section - 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 08.01.2025 passed in I.A.No. 1784 of 2025 in O.S.No.93 of 2006 by the Principal District Judge, Karimnagar.

3. Respondent - plaintiff has filed the aforesaid suit for specific performance of agreement of sale dated 06.06.2013 in respect of the suit schedule property. During the pendency of the said suit, the petitioner herein has filed I.A.No.1784 of 2024 under Order 39 (1) and 41(1) of the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023 ( for short, ‘BSA, 2023’) read with Section 151 of CPC to send Ex.A.1 agreement of sale dated 06.06.2013 to another FSL, for examination of signature of her husband Kongara Bhaskar Rao (1st witness) on Ex.A.1 with that of contemporary signature of her husband contained in the registered gift settlement deed bearing document No.7864 of 2016 and lease agreement dated 05.09.2014 by following digital methods.
