Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. N. Janardhan Reddy, learned counsel for respondent No.1 - Plaintiff. In the cause title itself, the petitioners stated that respondent Nos.2 to 32 are not necessary parties.

2. The present revision is filed challenging the order dated

12.11.2024 in I.A. No.1357 of 2024 in O.S. No.28 of 2012 passed by Principal District Judge, Karimnagar, whereby and whereunder, the petition filed by the petitioners under Order - IX, Rule - 7 read with

151 of CPC to set aside the order dated 11.10.2012 was dismissed.

3. Respondent No.1 filed a suit vide O.S. No.28 of 2012 against the petitioners herein and respondent Nos.2 to 32 for declaration of title and also for perpetual injunction. The petitioners herein are arrayed as defendantNos.14 and 16 and they were set ex parte on 11.10.2012 for non-filing of written statement. The suit is posted for defendants’ evidence.
