ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short ‘C.R.P.C’) by the petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos. 1 to 8 to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.89 of 2024 on the file of the Madannapet Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 312 of IPC and Sections 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act 1961.

2. Heard Mr.Azeem Mustafa, learned Counsel, learned counsel for petitioners and Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent No.1-

State.

3. The petitioners are arrayed as accused in Crime No.89 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 498-A, 312 of IPC and Sections 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act 1961.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that charge sheet has been filed against the petitioners.

5. In view of this development and the necessity to amend the pleadings and annex relevant materials, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file fresh petition, if so advised. With this observation the present petition is disposed of.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
