This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against the Order dated 07.03.2025 in I.A.No.136 of 2025 in Arb.O.P.No.1 of 2025 passed by the learned I-Additional District Judge, Mahabubnagar, which reads as follows:
“Upon motion made unto this Court by Smt.B.Kavitha, Advocate for the petitioners and upon perusing the plaint, documents and upon reading the affidavit filed by the petitioners in support of the petition and upon hearing the arguments of the said advocates, this Court DOTH ORDER that the petitioners and respondent No.15, are directed to maintain Status-quo regarding title over petition schedule property till further orders.
Next date of hearing in this matter is 28.03.2024.”
2. Learned Counsel for the appellant herein mainly contended that there is no arbitration clause and the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) dated 18.01.2021 was executed between respondents No.3 and 4 herein and Space Vision SSV Infra, which is a registered partnership firm. The respondents No.1 and 2 herein in their individual capacity filed the Arbitration O.P, without making the second party of the MoU i.e., Spa
