“For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to pass order or orders one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the in action of Respondent No. 2, 3 and 4 for not disposing the Representation made by the petitioner dated 15-04-2025 and Correction and Mutation and issuance of Digital Pass book and Uploading the name of the Petitioner in Dharani Portal in respect of the Land admeasuring Ac. 2.2400 gts in Sy. 2. It is stated that the petitioner’s grandfather Sri Dharnamoni Seethaiah, S/o.Dharnamoni Pochaiah was the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring to an extent of Acs. 2.2400 guntas in Survey No.126/ఇ, situated at Dandumailaram Village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Ranaga Reddy District (for short, ‘the subject property’) and his name was also recorded in Khasra Pahani and in the revenue records as pattadar and possessor. It is further stated that Sri Dharnamoni Seethaiah died long back leaving behind his only son Sri Dharnamoni Pentaiah, who also died leaving behind his only son i.e., the petitioner. It is further stated that the petitioner’s grandfather name was wrongly recorded in Dharani Portal as Sri Dharnamoni Sathaiah instead of Sri Dharnamoni Seethaiah. The grievance of the petitioner is that he made an application to respondent Nos.2 to 4 dated 15.04.2025 seeking for correction and mutation of his name in the revenue records and issuance of digital passbook and to upload his name in Dharani Portal in respect of the subejct property, but till date respondent Nos.2 to 4 have not taken any action on the said representation. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has not disputed the fact that the nature of the subject property has been classified as patta land and the name of the petitioner’s grandfather is recorded as pattadar. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 2020 (for short, ‘the Act 9 of 2020’) has been recently repealed and replaced with Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2025 (for short, ‘Act 1 of 2025’) and the same is pending for giving effect by issuing notification and in the event of Act 1 of 2025 coming into force, the petitioner is entitled to make an application for correction and mutation of his name in the revenue records and issuance of digital passbook and to upload his name in Dharani Portal in respect of the subject property.

5. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the opinion that the ends of justice would be met, if the petitioner is permitted to make an appropriate application seeking for correction and mutation of his name in the revenue records and issuance of digital passbook and to upload his name in Dharani Portal in respect of the subject property in terms of the Act 1 of 2025 and if the petitioner satisfies all the requirements for correction of the entries in the Dharani Portal, amendment of revenue records and consequential issuance of pattadar passbook under the provisions of Act 1 of 2025, the respondents shall consider the said application submitted by the petitioner duly taking into consideration all the ent
