THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE J. SREENIVAS RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.5451 of 2025

ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) for grant of anticipatory bail to her in Crime No.453 of 2025 of Medipally Police Station, Rachakonda, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 118(1) and 352 of BNS.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 11.04.2025, at about 11:00 p.m., the de-facto complainant received information from one Sai Kiran that her son Srikanth Chowdary went to Sai Kiran and Srinivas Reddy, who were quarrelling near Ganesh Super Market near her house, and when enquired about their quarrel, the said Srinivas Reddy abused him in filthy language and beat him with unknown iron object on his face, due to which he sustained injuries and his nose was fractured and that the injured was taken to Vajra Hospital, Narapally. Basing on the same, the aforesaid crime was registered against the accused.
