Damodar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Mines and Geology appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.4 and 5 and Sri Sridhar Buvanagiri, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent No.6, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation and Command Area Development appearing for respondent No.7, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments appearing for respondent No.8 and Sri N. 2. This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief:
to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring that the action of the 2nd and 3rd respondents in going ahead with the consideration of the renewal application said to have been submitted by the 9th respondent for seeking renewal of mining lease in respect of the land in Sy.No.20, admeasuring Ac.32.12 guntas situated at Amadabakula village, Kothakota Mandal, Wanaparthy District though the original mining lease which was granted under G.O. Ms.No
