ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A1 to A3 in Cr.No.326 of 2025 on the file of Alwal Police Station, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, Cyberabad Commissionerate, registered for the offences punishable under Sections

118(1), 318(4) r/w 3(5) BNS.

2. Heard Sri.K.Karunakar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1 – State.

The prosecution case in brief is that on 28.03.2025 when the de-facto complainant and his brother visited the house of the petitioner No.1/A1 to inquire about the payment for rice worth Rs.2,60,000/-, an altercation took place and the petitioners/A1 to A3 abused them and as the petitioner No.1/A1 pushed, the elder brother of the de-facto complainant fell down and suffered injury to his head and fell unconscious. The injured was taken to the Hospital, where the Doctors declared his condition as critical. Thus, the complaint.
