ORDER:
The case of the petitioner is that her husband was a Record Assistant in the office of RDO, Keesara Division, Medchal Malkajgiri District, and he expired on 08.01.2024 while in service, leaving behind him the petitioner and two minor children. The petitioner approached the respondent authorities seeking appointment on compassionate grounds with all relevant documents, namely Death Certificate of her husband, Family Member Certificate, Service Certificate, no earning member certificate etc. However, no action has been taken till date; hence, the writ petition.

petitioner has done MBA, and is educationally qualified and eligible for appopintment in any suitable post. Learned counsel therefore, sought a direction to the respondent authorities to appoint the petitioner on compassionate grounds in any suitable post.
4. On the other hand, the learned Government Pleader for Services-I submitted that if the petitioner makes a representation to the respondent authorities, necessary action will be taken for appointment of the petitioner.
