ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent No.3 and perused the record.

2. Having regard to the manner of disposal of the Writ Petition at the admission stage and the nature of lis involved, this Court is of the view that notice to unofficial respondent No.4 is not necessary for adjudication of the present Writ Petition.

3. Shorn of unnecessary details, the case of the petitioner, in brief, is that he is the lawful owner and in possession of land admeasuring Acs.18.00 guntas in Sy.No.14/INA situated at Regalla Village, Laxmidevipalli Mandal, Bhadrachalam-Kothagudem District; and that the 2nd and 3rd respondents are threatening to dispossess the petitioner from the aforesaid land, even though a civil suit vide O.S.No.126 of 2025 is filed by him before the Agent to Government and the said suit is pending for consideration, which action of the respondents-authorities it is contended as highly illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Articles 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of
