3. This intra-Court appeal takes exception to an ex parte order passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.9208 of

2025 dated 26.03.2025.

4. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has already filed an application for vacation of interim order and raised an objection of maintainability of the writ petition itself.

The learned Singe Judge has posted the matter to 30.04.2025.

5. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 (writ petitioner) submits that he undertakes to argue the matter before the learned Single Judge on 30.04.2025 on the question of vacation of interim order and on maintainability. Learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4 also undertakes to argue the matter before the learned Single Judge on 30.04.2025.
