O R D E R:

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.4 to 7 in P.R.C.No.38 of 2023 on the file of the learned III Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, at Warangal, Warangal District.

2. Heard Ms.Surabhi, learned counsel representing Mr.G.Anil Kiran Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr.E.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1-State and Mr.G.Rama Chandra Reddy, learned counsel for respondent No.2.

3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the subject matter of the case is numbered as S.C.No.159 of 2024 before the competent criminal Court and hence, no further orders are required in this Criminal Petition. Therefore, he seeks to dismiss this Criminal Petition as infructuous.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for respondent No.2 concede to the said request.

5. Recording the submissions of all the learned counsel, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The petitioners are granted liberty to work out the remedies as available under law.

Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
