2. The appellant herein is defendant in the suit filed by the respondent herein as plaintiff vide O.S.No.5 of 2024 on the file of V Additional District Judge, Miryalaguda, Nalgonda District.

The respondent herein had filed an Interlocutory Application in the aforesaid suit under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC r/w Section 151 CPC for grant of relief of temporary injunction restraining the petitioner herein from alienating the 4. The case of the respondent as set out in the suit is that the appellant herein had entered into an agreement of sale dated 10-12-2023 to sell her property for the consideration mentioned therein, pursuant to which the respondent herein made payment of first installment of Rs.15,00,000/- on 29-12-2023.
