Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made an application dated 30.03.2024 for permission for construction of a compound wall around his agricultural land and on the ground that he is not being permitted, he has approached this Court.

3. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent No.5 has filed a counter affidavit stating that it is no way concerned with the land in question i.e., agricultural land and he is not the competent authority to issue any permission with regard to the construction of the compound wall. Therefore, it appears that the respondent No.5 is not interfering with the construction being carried on by the petitioner.

4. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents not to interfere
