THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SARATH WRIT PETITION No.181 OF 2025

ORDER:

1. This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent No.3 in refusing to receive, register and release the Gift Deed presented by the petitioner in respect of agricultural land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.3.00 guntas in Sy.No.38/c/AA, situated at Antargaon Village, Bheempur Mandal, Adilabad District (hereinafter referred to ‘subject land’) and sought a direction to the respondent No.3 to receive, register and release the subject document presented by the petitioner in respect of the subject land.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.3.00 guntas in Sy.No.38/C/AA, situated at Antargaon Village, Bheempur Mandal, Adilabad District which is ancestral property acquired by him. The petitioner is also having Title Deed cum Pass Book vide Pass Book No.T13050040022.
