2. The case of the petitioner is that petitioner has inherited the subject property from his father. Earlier petitioner’s father constructed a house on the subject land after obtaining permission from Gram Panchayat, Katedan dated 31.07.1985. It is submitted that originally petitioner’s greatgrandfather owned Sy.No.115 including the subject property and petitioner’s have been enjoying the subject property from over 55 years. While things stood thus, the Mandal Revenue Officer i.e., respondent No.4 issued notice to petitioner’s father on 24.05.1995 under Section 7 of Andhra Pradesh L
