O R D E R:

With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:

“...to issue a Writ, direction or order especially in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondents in refusing to the re- energize the petitioner’s unit to the grid, as arbitrary, illegal, unauthorized, contrary to Telangana Solar Power Policy, 2015, orders of this Honble Court in W.P.No.4921 of 2025, provisions of Electricity Act, 2003 besides violative of petitioners rights guaranteed under Article 14 and 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents to forthwith re-energize the Petitioner’s Solar Power Plant connectivity to the grid and pass...”
